These terms cover the bike servicing and repair work carried out by Volt and Spoke, a mobile bike and cycle repair service based in Clydebank and serving Glasgow and West Dunbartonshire. By booking a service with us you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide bike servicing, repairs and related work as described on this website. Prices shown are for labour only unless stated. Any replacement parts are quoted separately and always agreed with you before we carry out the work.
Bookings, collection and return
We collect and return bikes free of charge within our covered area of Glasgow and West Dunbartonshire. When you book, please make sure the bike is available for collection at the agreed time and let us know of any known faults. We will confirm your booking and aim to reply to enquiries within four business hours.
Our guarantee
Every service is backed by a six month parts and labour guarantee on the work we carry out. This covers faults in our workmanship and any parts we supply. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from parts or components we did not supply or work on.
Payment
Payment is taken securely through this website at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed. Where additional parts or work are needed and agreed with you, these are payable before the bike is returned.
Liability
We take reasonable care with every bike. We are not responsible for pre existing faults, wear or damage that is outside the work you have booked. Bikes in a condition that is unsafe to work on may be declined, and we will explain why.
Cancellations

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
